An absolutely fantastic experience!! First, the communication was impeccable and Buck and Donna responded so quickly! Next exclamation point: the service was quickly arranged and timely...better than that! I called on a Friday and Buck came out that next Monday and then installed that Thursday. I cannot believe how quickly they responded. Then Katie helped me with the financing and this really helped me out a lot as this was an unexpected occurrence. Then the technicians: very knowledgeable and professional and thorough and nice and patient! Engineered Comfort Solutions engineered a solution for my comfort and I am sooooooo pleased...oh and so is my family!!! Hahahaha. Thank you!!!

We had a Carrier unit for 24 years.Buck ECS made it simple, to simple install to high price Vender by other venders. Carrier Product is a better product.

Our home warranty company sent someone to repair our ac unit and the first guy replaced a capacitor and it started working for about 2 hours and died again. They sent another guy who said it was working fine even though it was set to 72 and it was 78 at the thermostat. I called Engineered Comfort Solutions and the owner Buck came out and diagnosed it in a matter of minutes. The first guy had wired the capacitor incorrectly. He had our ac up and running in minutes when Sears couldn't fix it in 2 weeks. I will be calling ECS whenever we have an AC issue from now on.

Buck came out to diagnose my heat pump failure. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and gave me enough information to decide if I want to purchase a new heat pump or do a repair without any pressure. I appreciate that and highly recommend him.

In the middle of 95 degree heat, when I know they were so busy, Buck made a diagnostic trip on the day I called for a very reasonable fee which was applied to the price to repair on my upstairs unit - which was also very reasonable. There was no up-charge for coming out on a Saturday.He worked quickly, communicated directly and honestly both in person and via text. I also was able to get a reasonable quote to replace my downstairs unit which had died nearly two years before. I'd received a price-gouging quote from another company so I had left the unit in disrepair, relying solely on the upstairs unit. Buck's quote was roughly 65% less than the previous quote. I could not be happier with the service and cost.

I’ve been using these guys for about two years now. They were referred to me by a friend and I’m always so impressed by their professionalism and transparency regardless of who they send out. Having to replace/repair something on your HVAC becomes an easier pill to swallow when the technician transparently demonstrates why a component isn’t functioning properly and tells you the benefits of the repair. Scott was my technician this time around and he did a great job explaining why my dual capacitor needed replacing and demonstrating the fault. It’s much appreciated.

Best service ever!! After calling several AC companies in distress, who were unable to send to somebody same day or even the next day. Buck, the owner, came out the same day and helped fix our AC in an early hot May after taking his kids home this evening. I don’t know why anybody would wait several days in this heat for another company. Buck was thorough and made sure to check all vents, check the refrigerant and even cleaned out the unit after the repair. I’m very thankful that he went out of his way to help my family out. Great family owned business in the Macedonia area! 10 out 5 for sure!!

The Team at ECS far exceeded my expectations. Buck took the time to do a thorough analysis of my current system and explained what improvements I could expect after the new unit was installed. I have an old air conditioner that wasn't working. Buck came by, evaluated the situation, and described his findings with a rare thoroughness. He helps you understand how the system works. The issue ended up not being the AC but a power regulator that was short-cycling the AC unit. He built a great trust with me, and I would highly recommend him. He's down-to-earth, not pushy, and educates you. It was a refreshing experience in a world where I've come to distrust most service professionals. If you have AC issues, this is the guy to call.

Engineered Comfort Solutions LLC just completed a crawl space encapsulation for me and, here I sit, a few short hours later and I can already breath the difference. In my post-encapsulation ‘crawl around’ I could see that they ensured every inch of the crawl space was sealed demonstrating their outstanding attention to detail. They left the workspace very clean and even helped move materials I had forgotten to remove from the crawl space prior to the job start. ECS' commitment to excellent customer service was equally astounding. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, and communicates proactively – I knew when they were coming/ leaving, I knew every stage of the process, and they happily answered all of my questions (usually before I thought to ask them). I was already very happily using ECS for my HVAC needs and they far exceeded my expectations with the encapsulation. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your needs.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Technicians were prompt, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we were serviced properly. I had ducts cleaned earlier this year. They took extra steps to ensure no mess was left behind when job was done. They have serviced other minor issues with my HVAC as well. You will not find a better company to work with for your HVAC needs.

Buck Ford (Owner) and his installation crew recently completed a large multi-day project at my house to replace an old system as well as install a new attic system with duct work.I quoted out the work to many providers and Buck/ECS stood above the rest. The pricing was in the middle of the range, but the responsiveness and flexibility on Buck’s part to quote several different options/systems I requested after a series of follow ups and personal research let me know that Buck cared and was flexible.I can’t speak to the service/maintenance offerings (yet), but if it resembles my experience throughout the installation, it should be great.

Highly recommended for any HVAC needs. Great company, great people and they are honest. They listen to your needs, explain well what needs to be done and won’t try to oversell you!Buck and ECS have been servicing my units for about 3 years now. The service has been excellent. My units were old (originals from when the house was built in 2006). I knew I needed to replace them soon but personally wasn’t ready to spend the money. Buck was honest with me on the units and kept them working for me until I was ready. This summer I finally decided to have them replaced because they weren’t cooling the house as well as I wanted and my power bill was high. He came out to take some measurements and discovered the builders didn’t install the right size or enough return vents for them to work properly. He walked me through in detail what would be best for the house and gave me options to choose the best for the house and financially. The installation day was great, the workers were polite, efficient and quick. In half a day they were done and the house felt amazing. With the correct size, new and efficient units my house stays cooler at a higher temperature than I’ve had to use in the past. Even my power bill was cut by more than a half of what I was paying before!!!I couldn’t recommend them enough! Any HVAC needs you have, call them. They will tell you straight and won’t try to over sell you on anything!

Unlike their competitors, ECS did not try selling me a complete new unit or expensive parts that I did not need. These guys are honest and I would recommend them to anyone having issues with their heating and air conditioning systems. Very impressed!!!

Great company and very good service. They respond very quickly when called and are very efficient at repairing my air conditioner. If you are looking for a trust worthy company to repair your air conditioner they are the ones to call. the service person that came to my house was very thorough and friendly. Got my a/c back up and running in just a matter of minutes.

I had my air to go out last Tuesday evening. I contacted ECS. They worked me in for the next day. The tech got here at lunch time and it only took him 10 mins to find the problem. Luckily, it was only a burned out wire and the tech had it fixed within 20 mins or less. I had been worried about the cost. To my suprise, I was only charged the 89.00 service fee for coming out.I gladly rate them with 5 stars and would recommend them for anyone needing an A.C. repair. They were very prompt and professional.

Went out for dinner and came home to hot air in the house with a 14 day old baby. Called Buck and he/team were tied up for the evening. Got a call back 10 mins later and Buck walked me through all options for a potential self fix before making the time to come over at 10pm on a Friday to get us back up and running. Absolutely recommend and will use again!

Absolutely incredible experience using them. Responsive, always available to talk, thoroughly explained options and pricing and then more than followed through with their plan. We did a pretty big project including replacing two HVAC/furnace systems and then new ductwork in the attic. They were prompt, always on time and really did a wonderful job.
