Engineered Comfort Solutions LLC just completed a crawl space encapsulation for me and, here I sit, a few short hours later and I can already breath the difference. In my post-encapsulation ‘crawl around’ I could see that they ensured every inch of the crawl space was sealed demonstrating their outstanding attention to detail. They left the workspace very clean and even helped move materials I had forgotten to remove from the crawl space prior to the job start. ECS' commitment to excellent customer service was equally astounding. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, and communicates proactively – I knew when they were coming/ leaving, I knew every stage of the process, and they happily answered all of my questions (usually before I thought to ask them). I was already very happily using ECS for my HVAC needs and they far exceeded my expectations with the encapsulation. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your needs.

ECS is the best company we've ever worked with. Buck, the owner is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This was our first time finishing a basement. We had 4 companies give us estimates and none of them compared to the level of confidence that he gave us. He wasn't pushy at all and I would recommend his company to anyone. If I could give more stars, I would. They worked efficiently and finished the job sooner than expected.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Technicians were prompt, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we were serviced properly. I had ducts cleaned earlier this year. They took extra steps to ensure no mess was left behind when job was done. They have serviced other minor issues with my HVAC as well. You will not find a better company to work with for your HVAC needs.

Buck Ford (Owner) and his installation crew recently completed a large multi-day project at my house to replace an old system as well as install a new attic system with duct work.I quoted out the work to many providers and Buck/ECS stood above the rest. The pricing was in the middle of the range, but the responsiveness and flexibility on Buck’s part to quote several different options/systems I requested after a series of follow ups and personal research let me know that Buck cared and was flexible.I can’t speak to the service/maintenance offerings (yet), but if it resembles my experience throughout the installation, it should be great.

Highly recommended for any HVAC needs. Great company, great people and they are honest. They listen to your needs, explain well what needs to be done and won’t try to oversell you!Buck and ECS have been servicing my units for about 3 years now. The service has been excellent. My units were old (originals from when the house was built in 2006). I knew I needed to replace them soon but personally wasn’t ready to spend the money. Buck was honest with me on the units and kept them working for me until I was ready. This summer I finally decided to have them replaced because they weren’t cooling the house as well as I wanted and my power bill was high. He came out to take some measurements and discovered the builders didn’t install the right size or enough return vents for them to work properly. He walked me through in detail what would be best for the house and gave me options to choose the best for the house and financially. The installation day was great, the workers were polite, efficient and quick. In half a day they were done and the house felt amazing. With the correct size, new and efficient units my house stays cooler at a higher temperature than I’ve had to use in the past. Even my power bill was cut by more than a half of what I was paying before!!!I couldn’t recommend them enough! Any HVAC needs you have, call them. They will tell you straight and won’t try to over sell you on anything!

Unlike their competitors, ECS did not try selling me a complete new unit or expensive parts that I did not need. These guys are honest and I would recommend them to anyone having issues with their heating and air conditioning systems. Very impressed!!!

Great company and very good service. They respond very quickly when called and are very efficient at repairing my air conditioner. If you are looking for a trust worthy company to repair your air conditioner they are the ones to call. the service person that came to my house was very thorough and friendly. Got my a/c back up and running in just a matter of minutes.

I had my air to go out last Tuesday evening. I contacted ECS. They worked me in for the next day. The tech got here at lunch time and it only took him 10 mins to find the problem. Luckily, it was only a burned out wire and the tech had it fixed within 20 mins or less. I had been worried about the cost. To my suprise, I was only charged the 89.00 service fee for coming out.I gladly rate them with 5 stars and would recommend them for anyone needing an A.C. repair. They were very prompt and professional.

Went out for dinner and came home to hot air in the house with a 14 day old baby. Called Buck and he/team were tied up for the evening. Got a call back 10 mins later and Buck walked me through all options for a potential self fix before making the time to come over at 10pm on a Friday to get us back up and running. Absolutely recommend and will use again!

Absolutely incredible experience using them. Responsive, always available to talk, thoroughly explained options and pricing and then more than followed through with their plan. We did a pretty big project including replacing two HVAC/furnace systems and then new ductwork in the attic. They were prompt, always on time and really did a wonderful job. We can already tell the difference in our new system as well. I will highly recommend Buck and Engineered Comfort Solutions to anyone that asks.

I had the best experience with ECS today. I had all our vents cleaned out and our HVAC serviced. Both technicians were extremely kind, clean, professional, and efficient. ECS is a such a gem! I cannot recommend them enough. Their team is full of wonderful, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice professionals. We luckily found them when another big company wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to replace a brand new mother board on our AC unit (it was replaced 1.5 years before but because they only offer 1 year warranty it wasn’t covered:(). So we had ECS come out for second opinion and rather than being lazy like the other company they found the root of the problem and it was just a $50 broken wire. It hasn’t given us problems and we only use ECS now forall our routine service and maintenance. If you want an honest company who will actually take the time and give you the 5 star service choose ECS. Call them today!

Took the time to diagnose the real issue with my AC unit rather than putting a band-aid on the actual problem. Helped me resolve an improper installation from the builder and prove it to the company who installed the unit. They’ve earned my business. It’s hard to find reliable and honest businesses. Buck, the owner, was professional and responsive. I woke up in a hot house with 7 kids at home from a sleepover. Buck's name was passed around as a referral when none of the other companies could get to me for a few days. Thankfully there was room in Buck's schedule to see me that day. He got to the root of the problem and got the unit up and running again in the afternoon. I even signed up for the maintenance program where someone will come visit twice a year to manage the upkeep on my 2 units. Look forward to having peace of mind on things going forward.

I had the best air conditioner repair experience. My A/C went out during a the first heat wave of the summer. I was lucky to have a technician in the area and was able to get an appointment the same day. The service technician Buck was very professional. He covered his shoes before coming in the house. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. Since my A/C unit was 15 years old. He explained the repair and how it postpone the needing to place my A/C unit for a year or more. Even though it was late in the evening nothing was rushed.

I had a company come out yesterday who only wanted me to buy a whole new unit.I saw on Focus on Forsyth numerous people saying this company was great to work with and said Buck was amazing. I have worked with Buck (now ECS) for many years. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and address my issues. He has never tried to up / over sell a solution. He makes recommendations based on what he feels is the best solution to meet my needs. During my last maintenance visit he identified a gas leak in my furnace I was totally unaware of.
